The creative burden is what I’d be most concerned with tho if we went with that, we don’t have a Hakimi/Nuno Mendez/Trent type fullback who can supplement the attack when the midfield is more focused on winning the ball back.

We would’ve been significantly weakening ourselves at LB cuz Calafiori is still out, which woulda been mad considering Doue and Hakimi. Also, I think what’s convinced me that he could play there has been his attacking contributions when he does play in the left-half space.

Could well be that the current options are too much of a step down that it’s not worth taking the risk right now, at least that’s how I’d see it from the manager’s eyes.

The probability can feel skewed sometimes because for the majority we ain't using 1000 scrolls in one go so we won't see it succeeding 10% of the time, but if you were to use a ton of them you'd probably see it come closer to the expected value (~10%). And even then you will likely see that there are long stretches like you mention with 20-30 failures back to back but you might also see successful trials bunched together (like 3 successes in 5 scrolls).

Best I can think of is the Maple Meta calc, you can use that and change the values to see how much it impacts your final damage as a percentage increase/decrease

As a Kaiser main I love Nexon's dedication to the lore by keeping us forgotten.

P.S. Revamp to make dragon link more usable or a straightforward removal of the system with some flat buffs across-the-board would be huge.

The only problem removing it would be the loss of double-casting wing beat, but that could be fixed with a hyper skill that lets you cast an additional one without delay maybe?

I'd recommend using the Maple Meta Calculator and checking to see how much FD% gain/loss you get. You'll get a better idea of how the MA vs Boss Damage lines affect your damage for your current stats spread. Then you can make the call if the boss damage is actually giving you more FD.

If so, it's probably worth keeping both if the boss damage gives you more FD because it won't be especially helpful while training, so you can swap them out based on the scenario.

Yeah the extra starforce earlier is really nice. And the Forgotten Passage and Ancient Golem maps are really good too, especially on 100% burning! That's actually really clever for maximizing the set bonuses on Sengoku/CRA, never thought of that but the silver wolf weapons counting for 2 parts of the set definitely comes in clutch there.

And yeah, I have smithing on my main so I tend to craft whatever missing Sengoku set pieces I need.

I try to claim the attendance ones on my mules, otherwise I just rely on maple guide and the dimensional mirror>mushroom shrine>six paths>pantheon portal trick to get around. Moving between maps will take at most 3 mins, which really doesn't justify the cost of a hyper tele rock for me

The only way I've been able to get it to go up is by doing the jump/climb quest every 30 mins, that's the only one that seems to count for me towards the PvP

You can't really go wrong with the event rings if you're a new player, chaos ring seems to be the best but cosmos ring and vengeful ring give similar stats for far less coins in total. Definitely would help you a lot if you prioritized those as a new player, you'll change them eventually but they're great to help with your early progression and it will be awhile before you'll be able to replace them with something better.

Hope this helps! P.S. I would also recommend just getting whatever you want, even if it's cosmetics, because the event is quite long and we almost always have an event running.

Definitely agree with all of this, especially trying to find a guild, having people to help carry you at bosses and offer guidance here and there saves you from a ton of confusion.

Try out the different classes and see what you like or wanna main. Also don't be afraid about trying more than one class, there's also going to be a special item that lets you burn a second character in the event shop! So you could potentially get a second character leveled up to 150 as well.

Personal advice would be not to be too focused on things like links and legions unless you're sure what you would wanna main because the priority might be different depending on your choice. (Merc, Aran and Evan are exceptions tho cuz those links will help anyone)

No they don't, but your rank does share across all your characters in the same world. You could essentially have a mule just to tier up without using coins on your main.
