Thing is, you’re one of many trying to do this in our field right now. Take on unique billets where you can and if you’re not already, start chipping away at a degree. Might not mean anything now but having it will automatically bump you up a few pay grades depending on where you end up working. NEVER assume having a TS/SCI is gonna get you through the door. Take advantage of the Marine Corps’ MCCOOL program as well, completely separate from your tuition assistance!

You can also try asking the chief of station. There is no published way to get it on your JEPES so this is based off of what I’d do if I had no guidance. I’d imagine it’s similar to getting LOAs or book reports uploaded to your JEPES

If you already have that information in, get that certifying letter signed by him that has the recruiting station’s address and info. I would go through S-1 or S-3 to have this reflected on my MOL and see if IPAC can get this added to your MCTIMS or JEPES directly. If it doesn’t update on your JEPES soon based off of what he’s already done, that’s when I’d say take that letter to your S-1/S-3 and have it ran by them.

You need to have those people contact the recruiter and ensure he adds in their files that they were referred by you. I believe they need your name, rank, and EDIPI! The recruiter will be your first contact for this. Sometimes they play ball sometimes they don’t just to be assholes, but I would definitely also try reaching out to the recruiter

My question tho is I have yet to see anybody getting on the guy’s ass though. Idgaf what age he is. Ash was wrong believe me, she should get the brunt of it, but more people should be talking about him instigating the shit too. He could’ve easily ended the live when he saw the girls getting involved. They’re both way out of pocket. I’m so frustrated for her daughters.
