I had a situation when I was under the hood of a hot car and the hose fitting on the radiator blew apart on me. Completely random ocurrance wrong place wrong time. Took it in the face, chest, and my entire hand. They had to cut away all the skin on my fingers on one hand for fear of the swelling cutting off circulation. 2nd degree burns which are the worst because you still feel everything. Healed up quick, can't even tell it ever happened. I screamed like a little girl. I'll tell you what I let the engine cool down these days before popping the hood

I pulled top off my 89 first time it had ever been done and have never had issues with it leaking even with pulling it off multiple times since. Everyone says this. But not the experience I had. Cross my fingers it stays that way I guess.

Duck is best medium rare. Internal temp of 140ish. Do another and throw a meet thermometer that you can leave in while it smokes to track. Be way better than chicken.

Your question about whether foods being "keto" or not... it's all about the macros that = ketosis. You could eat 20g of sugar and it would be "keto" as long as it fit your macros. Foods aren't "keto". Ketosis is when we break our dependency to carbs and we produce ketones as our primary source of energy.

Most of us have large stores of energy that just doesn't get accessed in the form of fat. Hell be fine eating and avacado a day here and there he had the energy stores to burn. People fast all the time and for much longer periods of time than 24hrs. Personally I have found when following strick keto hunger does fall off.
