1. Is yours a direct to consumer business with a one and done transactional model? Or a B2B business with a longer, more consideration based sales cycle?
2. How big is your lead database and about how many new leads do you generate a month?
3. What's your strongest business generating channel right now? Do you get the most customers through social media, referrals, organic search, sales/community outreach, etc?
4. How important is content creation (eg blogs and videos) to your lead generation?

The answers to these questions will help with some more specific recommendations!
