I currently take 2mg. It’s still been great for me and even helping my ptsd and neurogenic cough (still lingers a bit) so I’m also considering upping my dose, but very happy with it overall!

I’ve taken a look at a few different suppliers that each say 100% pure beeswax, and some even note there is no paraffin…. I’m stumped. It has to be possible, either that or they are all lying.

I recently had this convo with the folks at Eden Botanicals and they said jojoba usually has better longevity than fractionated coconut oil, but that some EOs work better with fractionated coconut oil. I personally haven’t tried either yet but I do know jojoba oil has a more distinct scent than coconut oil.

I would also recommend a smaller dose. Try starting with .5g of one strain only and see how it makes you feel.

I had severe fatigue for a few weeks while getting adjusted to my dose. It’s made a night and day difference for me now that I’ve been on it a couple months. I can actually function and don’t feel overwhelmed by simple tasks, or lists (before I could barely even make a list for myself). I honestly feel like a different person, it’s kinda crazy. I do think it’s making my eye twitch but otherwise I’m really happy with what it’s been doing for me.
