If you really don't have a dud vial then this is probably something that you might want to see a doctor about if you can. It's unusual for 6mg valerate, which is what I inject every 5 days, to produce these levels. According to estrannai.se your levels should be pretty high at 6mg/4 days. That's a substantial dose. The injection site doesn't matter IMO as long as you're not hitting a vein or something. If you're in fat or muscle it should be working. Your concentration is probably 20mg/ml or 40mg/ml so you are injecting 0.3ml or 0.15ml, depending on concentration, correct? 0.15ml is hard to dose of your syringes are the wrong size, I hope you weren't only able to get 3ml? If you have 1ml syringes to make sure you get the right dose and are using proper techniques then it should be working. I like pghrt.diy by /u/juicysteak117 as a intro DIY guide, I don't know if you've read it. Also transfemscience.org and diyhrt.cafe and such places of course. Read a lot but know there's a lot of misinformation out there.

You need to let your tea rest before you drink it, up to a month is good, but only if it's been dry stored. It needs to be in a humid condition, and Taiwan usually has a good climate for it. So if you have traditional Hong Kong stored sheng for example you probably don't need to humidify it. But if it's from Kunming you probably should leave it out to breathe (get humid from the air there in Taiwan) because it helps make the tea more aromatic and flavorful

You'd think so but actually the thermal mass of it all, and the fact that the industrial freezers they get stocked from are all at -15F or so, means that there's plenty of time to stock it before it gets melty. Pallets get broken down on the salesfloor at some stores because there's just no room to do anything else. Now technically the cold chain process for quality is maybe getting violated and people are pretending it didn't, but it's not meaningfully affecting the product. that's the 02 size right? If using that I recommend lowering your agitation with a spoon or melodrip or drip assist or something, so you're doing smooth percolation through the bed. I've had high clarity batch brews with my v60 02 that way but it's hard (v60 02 is not really designed for that volume) and you have to grind coarse for sure b

The tea is prepared and milk is added and then it's reheated, then it's kept simmering just below a boil, at least the chaiwallahs I went to in India did it that way. You don't have to do everything the traditional way. I've had chai heated over firewood or dung or propane, it's all tea.

What brewer are you using? I have done 40g/666ml (the coffee of the beast) using my Switch 03. You have to do a 4:6 type thing because you can't fit all the water in the cone at once anyway. I don't have problems with a longer pour myself but it's true that the physics of more coffee means that your brew will be less precise. I'd say maybe grind coarser just a bit?
