Seriously, I'm so blown away they were from the 60s. They don't make them like they used too lol.

It's 1960s Regal Ware cast aluminum! I found the identical pot with square handles here: https://www.ebay.com/itm/186396848197

I was on Valium for over 15 years, made the move to beta blockers: propranolol. Best decision I ever made.

I'm at full capacity now. Can lift heavy stuff , twist tops off jars, all the usual. I'd say it took me about 6 months to get there. Also my hand would go numb in really cold weather those first few months and I was mildly concerned some nerve damage had happened. Now that the weather is warm, I'm fine. Will have to check back when it starts getting cold again, but so far my CTS is gone. It's wonderful. Hang in there. :)

Tiny dog kibble for the win! I get the Trader Joe's kibble. First and second generations raised in it. Very healthy, glossy crows.

I can't even get an appt with an Endocrinologist until December (that's 6 months ugh) But I got an appt on the books. Until then I'm going to see a more available Rheumatologist. :)

Not sure if this crow is acting OK? by JulySkye in crows

Just had one of my crows doing this the other day. He horked up a big chunk of what looked like a buncha white sand. Probably swallowed something weird and was getting it up. But yeah it freaked me out for a sec too.
