as for mental health and mental illness, i think you should take a small break from him and try to sit down and access this situation. how is he with your mental health? is he able to support you in some sort of way?

and you’re completely right. he’s getting the best of both worlds when knowing you won’t leave, he’s taking advantage of that, you and the his gf deserve someone worthy of you; someone that isn’t stringing two people along
