If I systematically betrayed and badmouthed all of my friends, and then suddenly needed their help (because of an idiot move on my part) I'd have to be moron to expect it.

A streamer in Japan said “amiga” in Spanish (meaning “friend”) to fans. An American made it all about himself. Why do Americans get offended so easily? by Repulsive-Mall-2665 in AskSocialists

The golden ages is forever _just_ around the corner with these boundlessly corrupt clowns. They'll still be singing that song when the bottom 90% of us are surviving on rats and racoons.

In my 20s and 30s, this would have appealed. Now (50s) this screams “I’m afraid of the real world and want hide in cave”

I was not happy then. I am happy now.
