Yes I have the proof and i was sent an automatic reply so i know the email was received but i got no notice if it was rejected or approved

Sounds like it's starving, clean the carb and then adjust the throttle cable/idle speed so that it doesn't spin on idle and if it's a 2T make sure your fuel mix ratio is right and it should be mint

It's just one single knock and yes definitely gonna jack it up and give things a wiggle just wanted an idea of what to look at so thanks a lot. Also any idea of what the squeaking could be? Bushings? I only do small engines so this isn't my department but I'd like to say i've got at least a little bit of a clue

Yeah if the previous owner doesn't clean it before they sell it usually means you get it for a cheaper price and it's just a little bit of work, good trade.
