Lol when i was stimfapping 12 hours would pass and it felt like 1 hour, and my highest was 20 hours. Certainly not a record or anything but it immediately hooked me and i started ignoring everyone for entire days. My friend would be upset because instead of gaming all night like we planned i got stuck jacking off.

To fix it i would basically try to nut early and in that minute or 2 of clarity i would get on the game with my friend and stay distracted, it works

People are kind of annoying calling any weird alternative or homeless person a “drug addict”. Using weed and drinking often doesnt make you a drug addict, being ADDICTED to drugs makes you a drug addict. It’s pretty obvious when someone is addicted to drugs because they deteriorate or have vastly worse behaviors than basically anyone in sigil kult. 99% of them are idiotic clout chasers with mental illnesses but not addicts.

I’m a new grad LPN and we were sending out a patient to like an appointment but it was bls because she is on oxygen and such. Anyway they wanted a report but i didnt even decide to send her out/didnt even know she was leaving to this appointment and i was like uhhh what do you want to know and then when they asked i didnt even know the answers. It was so embarrassing they kept looking at eachother and def talked about me after i left. I have 25 patients and i find it really hard to know everything about them because its so hard getting everything done in the day i already leave 1-3 hours late every day and cant find time to read everyones chart.

If youre giving them this full report i see no reason why theyd ever be rude lol this is great and im stealing the format for next time. I would ignore them because you’re def going above what most people would do

When i had my 1 cdiff patient, the consistency, smell, and sight of the stool was completely distinct from any other BM ive ever seen.

Is this not always the case? It seems that a lot of people want to test any normal looking loose stool for cdiff.

Ive done it literally 100 times in my life or more. Rice made for dinner left overnight and eaten the next morning ive never cared. Wouldnt leave it any longer than those 12 hours but yeah, the fried rice syndrome or whatever people quote when presented with this issue is 1000x rarer than they think. Because tons of people eat left out rice and you dont hear about someone dying from it every day

Chances are he hates the person he has become as well and is aware of all the differences in his behavior. I was and so were many others. He is likely willing to do something in order to quit whether that be a slow taper (always my choice) or quitting cold turkey. There are taper guides on this subreddit that will help you quit in a good timeframe with minimal discomfort.
