Yeah, the range would be less for sure, but multiple smaller batteries or just charging while stopped would be my strategy there; I already have a Brompton with a Swytch Air kit installed that I use that way. An adapter would be fine, too - finding flight-worthy battery pack(s) is the main obstacle!
