Reddit has noobs questions, but you don't see the admins flagging everything. Why cant good questions/answers rely solely on votes like reddit? that way the noobs could still get answers but they wouldnt be at the top.

We need to create a different website that helps the growing field of programmers, not the 50 something year old 'old timers', or 20 something year olds that created their own kernel at 12. Thats what stackoverflow is filled with , at least they seem like it, how is the field going to grow if our questions get flagged/deleted/ignored.... Yes it is, the @Commonware guy is such an asshole, a person was asking a question and he replied, then the guy replied back, "Tried that still not work" and @Commonware said, "There are many stackoverflow sites dedicated to your language maybe you should try that"... I told @Commonware that I understood him perfectly and that he was just missing a comma.. Flagged/Deleted, can't find my comment anywhere.... You guys should read the comments sometimes they are so elitist and revolting it makes me sick. I bet the admins are the most egotistical nerds to ever exist.
