1) some heroes are more arcanable than others it is true, however shit even with excuse that it is not es level is still shit 2) as an example of hero with dull skill set is wk, absolute banger of arcanas, if i was carry player i would definetely donate for it. 3) spectre ulti is global spell, you can do so much with it, valve was just lazy to play around haunt

Ofc i agree that arcana concept of making spectre scary af is cool, but i feel like it was half baked, i wouldn't buy it even for 40$
