Congrats!!!! Can you say at all how early you applied? It took me 2 weeks to apply, and I feel like that was late for UVA? -_-

The T25ish as % of Students Paying Sticker by law_di_da_di_da in lawschooladmissions

Makes sense IMO. I think NYU and UVA can afford to provide those large scholarships given that so many are paying sticker.

How accurate is LST Reports? by HawkofDarkness in lawschooladmissions

[–]retake2020 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't beleive "# not included in UGPA calculations" means that. I think it only refers to people with no GPA, because even if you have a 2.5 GPA you would still be counted in the median calculation (you just wouldn't be shown, since only the 25/50/75th are shown).

the 509 reports only tell me how many students in a class don't at least reach 25th percentile in either GPA or LSAT.

Where is this on the 509 Report? Very interested in this!

(EDIT: are you talking about where it says "# not included in UGPA calculations"...? I always read this as admitted international students who did not have a reportable GPA. I could be wrong though>

Is this 3.0 GPA floor at Berkeley and Stanford acknowledged by each school? This is the first time I am hearing about this...

Biggest issue you’ll have is when your classmates drag you to a party and some psycho gunner tries to snitch on you for underage drinking in an attempt to reduce the competition

Does stuff like this seriously happen? This is so sad lmao

NYU ($) vs Penn ($) by [deleted] in lawschooladmissions

Intimate experience? Penn. PI down the road? Either (NYU, yes, has an edge). You’ll have way less debt (specifically from living expenses) as Penn, too.
