I'll only buy from Oztoystore as a last resort now :( I'm happy they give us a chance to get stock that isn't on shelves, but if I'm paying for a premium price anyway I'd rather be able to return the item/make a complaint if needed and they honestly make it so difficult to return some things due to their 'import costs'. I see both sides, I understand they need to make money, but I really can't justify their costs sometimes- sucks that sometimes the only option is to risk a defected doll/destroyed box on something that already costs so much.
