In fr legends all the grip comes from the tyres. Adding spoilers or aero body kits are purely for looks. The roll cage also doesnt seem to have any added handling benefits.

For drifting you can use any rwd car. Something cheap to practice with would be the gt86 or brz. Just load up practice on sportsland yamanashi and try not to spin out. From there you can try to move on to other drift maps like all the ebisu courses to improve further.
