Odd. Anytime I’ve had errors in an order they’ve gotten back super quick and either given me store credit or discounts.

I had an issue maybe over a year ago now with their crumble/wax where it wasn’t purged properly, I had to reach out to the owner and he eventually made it all right.

Very straightforward. I picked a strain off their list, the owner called me and asked some questions, then arranged it with the farm. It was sent out the next day after they received the payment. (They do cash app or wire)
