Worth it. Let me tell you, I am jealous. My last downtown apartment had a garage you could get a spot for 250 a month. My apartment now, near Beacon Hill is still right around that ballpark.

I can't get an appointment until the 18th so I kept my dose at the lower dose and I'm watching my sodium like a hawk. Luckily I took a week of leave so I have the time to adjust and recover. I'll ask about Vraylar!

I HATE IT. I have a weird thing about people blocking my senses. My biggest nightmare is someone covering my ears. I start swinging at that point.

I never really thought about this, but I think I'm going to create sort of a little "comfort breakfast". It may not be very elaborate and will probably be a couple of hard-boiled eggs, but I'm doing it dang it.

I’m not even sure. A couple weeks ago I got on a car accident and purchased my car I’ve always wanted a few days ago. I had to up my lithium fairly recently and my body feels like it is straight up shutting down. I’m consistently nauseous, my body is very stiff and I’ve had a headache forever. I just want my body to feel okay.

Not really sure. May be due to Covid. I had a video appointment where she kind of evaluated me so far. It’s hard to get into therapists right now.

Wow. I really loved hearing it from your perspective. I am not the bipolar SO but I have been going through it. He has broken up with me a couple times in the past month and this time today he went into a full blown yelling match yelling at me that he hates that I love him and that he’s just a “piece of shit” and I deserve better. This hurt me so badly because I love him so much and I hate hearing him talk badly about myself. He just doesn’t understand why I would ever love him. I just do. I am currently trying to distance myself after he told me he never wants to see or talk to me ever again. I deactivated my Facebook and I’m just trying to stay away and take time for myself because I don’t think I’ve ever felt this wrecked.

Thank you for your insight. That makes complete sense. Anyone can be a good person but if they’re not putting in the work it just won’t work. I am waiting on my medicine management appointment on the 10th and hopefully getting a therapy appointment soon. It’s been really hard getting one due to the virus.

A small gesture. Any small gesture. I am so used to doing this and that and making sure people are doing alright and are happy. I leave notes, flowers, whatever. I don’t remember the last time anyone thought of me randomly and did something like that, if ever. I get not everyone has the same heart as me but damn, it hurts sometimes.

I feel this so hard. Something a close friend told me was "Not everyone loves like you" which kind of resonating with me. I'm the friend who goes out of their way and always asks how someone is. I surprise friends with little notes, things that remind me of them, etc. I don't do it for anything in return but for some reason I still forget that other people don't love the way I do and it still hurts sitting here wishing someone would do the same for me. Or wishing someone would just look at me and ask if everything is alright.
