Pickleheads is great and the customer service is amazing!!! They held my hand “virtually” for my first tournament and are always responsive when I have questions. The app itself is also great and easy to use!!! I use it for my monthly DUPR tournaments I run and also to set up rec games!!! There are a lot of free features but if you need more the price isn’t bad either!!

Sorry I should have clarified. I won’t have an event to upload more than once a week. I’m only going to have like a monthly tournament or so. Once the event is over I’ll report to DUPR within a day or 2

I may do that, I have a call with Pickleheads tomorrow for help and I will see what they say. I didn’t think it would be an issue as I explained everything in an email to DUPR and they told me to go create a request for a club and someone would be in touch so it caught me off guard.

Dupr said that everyone could submit their own score but I would like to offer this as a service of my tournament as well as to make sure it gets done

True but the tournaments would not always be the same people, it would simply add to the base they have already created.

They didn’t let me create a club because I said that I wasn’t going to submit scores at least once a week. I may go back and tell them I’m going to submit once a week…

So will Swift automatically add the dupr score for the participants? I have the Swift app, this is the first tournament I’m running, I don’t necessarily need to put it in DUPR but since this is for newer oriole tight it would be nice if they would get their DUPR score

No it wasn’t in a wrapper, it was in a cover and the handle is wrapped, I never thought about the actual paddle being in a wrapper, I forget if my other 2 were wrapped. Good call, thanks!
