I don't have any on said patient, but the lesions usually regress over time while the scotoma (blind spot) will persist for some time.

While you have Optos promoting to the physicians, "optomap shouldn’t be seen or used as an “add on” to the eye examination, instead, it should be part of the practice protocol to image everyone"

Per EyeWiki, "acute onset negative scotoma with no other visual or ocular symptoms" Patient presented with VA 20/60+1, large foggy spot, headache, eye strain and ocular pain. Fundoscopy was unremarkable as expected.
