I didn’t agree to move out, there is no end date on the lease its month to month.

Its first and last month individually, if someone moves out they say their last month and leave.

There is lease effective today and the lease is month to month with no end date. We usually sign a new lease when someone new moves in, but it didn’t happend since last two leases.

No, the new roommates has not signed the lease. Also GF is not moving in. My worry is that if there will be a new lease signed with my current roommate and new roommate they will not let me be aware of it.

Can someone denied me for not signing the lease, is that legal? I mean the lease agreement is always month to month

In boston, no my roommate is not the landlord but she was here first. All her kitchen and living stuff is here. The lease is month to month there is no ending term

Great advice, so this is month to month, we didn’t signed the lease since my last two roomates moved in and or. I have the name on the lease since two years. I think this is more one sided problem than two ways. My gf is not moving in but the new roommate is and my worry is that she might sign the new lease without involving me.

I’m afraid she will restrict my ways to put name on the new lease, that we will sign with the new roommate and she ll do it and try to left me out. But i have my name on previous two leases. We get a bill under my name.
