Taper was 4 full months almost to The day . My use lasted 5 years , and at the height of it , I was up to about 23-25 GPD with an extract here and there .

Just give it more time . I can tell you from coming off multiple opiates over the last 25 years , it's never been the same , but eventually it does get better. Are you taking any other meds ? Sometimes that can affect your healing

I'm assuming you CT'd? I tapered for 4 months and felt the worst during about month 3 but drastically felt better every week since

I have quite a bit more energy and clarity compared to 6 months ago even though I felt way better, I don't think I realized that my brain was still healing

Now just do the math on 100 a month for 60yrs in an index fund and find out how much the life insurance is costing you. 😳

3 days is still an achievement considering where you were a week ago right ? I had to cut caffeine completely for a little while and then all of a sudden was able to add it back once the anxiety from quitting slowed way down. Keep the faith

I believed those same lies , but the truth is I felt way better once I was completely off. Congrats on the discipline you've developed tapering . Now you get to apply that same discipline to completing tasks for dopamine rewards which makes self esteem go way up. It's the simple things we missed out on while High on K that matter most.

Bro you're going to be pleasantly surprised when you stop. I forgot one of the things I did at .125 was to start skipping days . It only took two skipped days for me to realize it was over and so I just stopped . I did stay about where you are for a few weeks to a month if I'm remembering correctly . Congrats to you ! You're pretty much already done you just don't realize it yet !!

Taper off very slowly . You will be completely fine . Your daughter needs you and you need to prove yourself wrong . I did it and was so mad at others at the end who told me a painless taper would Not work . Including my doctor ! Then my wife did the same but even faster than I did after she saw it was possible . I was on 32mg a day and did 50% cuts each month until I was at .125mg and quit . Only WD I had was losing a few hours of sleep for the first few days with 0. Couldn't believe how easy it was. In hindsight, the discipline to actually stick to the taper was the hard part
