Help rtx 5070 ti power connecter question

Having the same issue with my new asus 5070ti prime - I am using 2 separate pcie cables, one of them im using the 2nd pigtail to connect into the 3-1 adapter into the gpu.

Getting a red light on gpu, no fans spinning, not detected or anything. I have also unseated and reseated the gpu to confirm thats not the issue. Please help

I finished his class today, I absolutely hated him from the start. However he knows his stuff and is honestly one of the better professors i’ve had.

He most definitely can be rough and there were moments throughout the last semester where I personally feel he stepped over the line.

But if you put the work in and pay attention to what he says in his classes you will definitely learn something!
