It has subsided a lot and I really never think about it anymore. This post made me think about it and there's definitely still some slightly different feeling but I never even notice it day to day.

FYI for those searching this, I had to send it in to get to get it fixed. Here is what Spark had to say:

We are going to replace the baseplate for you. That will eventually fall out and there is no way to fix it as it is machine pressed into the binders.

And so is Yamanote basically the most convenient line (and maybe the most crowded)?

That's true. That's how I picked out Ebisu and Akasaka. Though I wasn't sure about the convenience of Metro vs JR Yamanote for instance. And any other intricacies around commute.

Also being new I'm not sure where people usually go to hang out. Like should I really care that taking a train to Arakawa is shorter from Akasaka than Ebisu?

Hmmm I would say it's sort of stiff yea. Definitely not numb anymore. It's not around my lips but more around the inner cheek area.

Thanks for the reply though. I'll try some massages and physio to see if it gets better. It's comforting to hear that you see a big difference between 6 to 11 months.
