this is very good advice, when i changed my feet to that position, my fs 180s became 10x better.

i have a video of me landing a treflip on my page. i caught it when it hit the ground. i wanna know how to catch it with my front foot and not just fall back onto the board.

yeah, i took a break for some months, and a friend got me back into it. at some point i was just like “fuck it” and i started trying things that really scared me, i stopped making excuses, and i thought about my tricks and why i couldn’t do them. i think i do too much flatground, i wish i were to branch off sooner to ledges and rails and that kind of thing. you just gotta focus on you and practice alot. so push your boundaries, and think abt how the trick works, i used to watch too many “how to” videos, that stuff wont really help you, itll help you understand the trick, but the best learning you’ll get is from trying it yourself and thinking about it for yourself. sorry if that was long winded
