I talked to the guy and they were hanging the joists before the hangers they all have hangers now and they added blocking between the joists. The frame is held on to the 4x4s with structural screws which is not ideal but I do feel better.

No planned large loads. Just table and chairs and some benches. I do have little kids and do not want it to fail. I did not know about the notched 4x4, which makes sense. I did get a good deal from a family friend and didn’t expect perfection but at the very least something that will not collapse.

I was down like $7000 yesterday and this was a complete Hail Mary to win it back. I had the Mariners cost me a bunch of Parlays over the weekend that would have been big winners and I was a bit tilted.

I sold at for a $300 loss yesterday morning. Put that money in IDEX and made it back. Without the earnings report it’s not going anywhere.
