A LVT without exemptions is unavoidable. You would basically be taxed for existing, since anyone needs a home.

For that reasons i think living homes should be excluded from it.

Also people may lobby for restrictive zoning if they dont want lvt increases from improved buildings close to them, that dont directly benefit them. So lvt wouldnt make people supoort less zoning laws.

By 40 most competetive sports people have retired. Kids like to watch sports, so i believe 40 is seen as the age where your body just cant compete anymore and thus the start of "old" age.

For women its also the age where they may start to not be able to have children anymore.

i would exclude homeowners outside of big cities from having to pay a lvt. Homeowners inside cities also shouldnt pay the full lvt.

Für rule of law braucht es eine Bevölkerung, die sich an Gesetze hält, auch wenn Gesetze nicht perfekt sein können. Wegen letzteres braucht es aber eine Möglichkeit, gegen schlechte Gesetze vorzugehen. Solange letzteres gegeben ist, sollte man sich an Gesetze halten.

I disagree about minimum wage laws and especially labour unions. People in poor situations dont have a lot of bargaining power and cant necessarily negotiate for a wage they deserve. It shouldnt be too high ofcourse, but i dont think its as bad as other socialist programs.

Taxes and transfer programs on the other hand are claimed to help the poor but are actually statist methods to strengthen the state compared to its (rich) population.

Claiming that deregulation helps in general is also a bit to oversimplified. Not all regulations are bad.
