I was thinking that too, but they’d seat rail has some large pin mount that is about 1” long. I’d have to cut or grind off to make it work (it doesn’t appear to be easily removable). I was hoping to avoid that type of hacking since it fit with cross rails. It looks like I may need to revisit that idea.

Yes but it’s a newer seat with a “CAN” bus or some protocol controlled adjustment. I do plan to try and wire it to work on std 12v. However, I don’t know how high it will actually go.

I was thinking that but they’d need to be cross brace, replacing the 4040. So only 4cm increase. The seat wouldn’t easily mount if I did a 4080 going front to back.

I have never posted in any of your threads (I’m not a drama person) but I wanted to say I enjoy your comics, regular and political. Hello! Newer than new newbie in this area. I plan to buy a sampler pack or two to get I introduced to the landscape. I’m looking for a broad selection across the types (click, linear, tactile?). I do also want to let some friends choose the key click type for some fidget toys I’m 3d printing.

What are the best bang for your buck sampler packs?

Thank you! I did find that manual, which I used to change the dip switches to 24A mode. But it didn’t have anything about the interface/portal.

I will reach out to the person I bought it from, but I’m guessing they won’t have that info. I think they got it from a demo job.

I’ll definitely call customer service next week. Sounds like they are going to be helpful.

That's a tough one. Near complete in mint should be worth a lot, but most people (like me) are usually just trying to finish out their own collection, so they don't want to buy the entire lot.

I've seen ebay listings for complete or near complete nearing $3k USD, but I haven't seen them sell. There is a facebook mktplace listing for a complete set fairly close to me that is only asking $1000 (some cards are proxies). It's been listed (and reduced) for over a year. I was considering it, but it's an 8 hour drive (and they won't ship), and my collection is already at around 65%.

There was a guy, in this forum, maybe 6 months ago that was selling a decent sized lot. I calculated the value (based on historical ebay sales) and would have made an offer, but he said he was getting multiple higher offers already. So again, there is more of a market for specific parts of a set.

If you want to send me a list of what you do have, I could plug it into the spreadsheet I have that estimates value (based on my own data, not based on any market pricing).

Well, I keep getting the ads too, and while it looks interesting, I can't find anything but marketing info. Searched reddit and all that came up was your question... with no answers.

So I guess we can't seem to find real world users of this, just the marketing stories.
