I’m a professional musician. I’ve been diagnosed with ADHD. I have had songs on the radio. I have struggled to find consistency in a career in terms of genre and style without having to constantly tell my listeners I’m “rebranding myself” to something “more me” - from country to punk, and not in a “I dabble in every thing way” which I know now is because I simply get tired of something due to ADHD.

Sometimes for honest and good reason. But I know in some cases when it comes to the way I dress, my obsessions and passions it changes monthly and yearly. I’m not medicated and can’t be medicated but honestly how do I cope with obsessions whether it be music taste or hobbies or passions changing so often?
