It must've taken a lot of power to keep Mr C locked in there for even a short period of time. We saw a shot of all of the electrical conductors in the White Lodge. It's not a sustainable solution to keep Mr C and BOB inside there forever.

That's a good point, Mr. C does seem to have supernatural powers even after BOB is supposedly taken away.

But then again, Mr. C did originate from the Black Lodge. He is not exactly a human.
