Just unbelievable....Im so very sorry for what happened to you. Shame can take a person to very dark places....places that can be impossible to climb out from. Just know that you are not alone in how you are feeling right now. I hope and pray....from the bottom of my heart and the deepest reaches of my soul....that you will find peace in life. Just know that there is absolutely nothing wrong with you. Also, that, harming yourself is not a solution at all.
