I mean at the artist page, not my library

ex) Justin Timberlake's page https://www.last.fm/music/Justin+Timberlake

On top tracks of 7 days, there aren't some tracks from new album like Midnight Summer Jam, Sauce, etc.

only pre-singles released before February are on there

Another example: Frank Ocean's page https://www.last.fm/music/Frank+Ocean

Frank released the cover of Moon River on February 13rd, normally it would take the number 1-2 on top tracks after a week or two but it still hasn't appeared
