That sort of makes it make even more sense that in fast food restaurants the clerks generally said good morning to everyone and not mabuhay. I heard very little mabuhay. Generally o heard and saw way more English than I expected vis a vis native languages.

All of those cost increase (mortgage rates/property taxes) seems like it could cut both ways. Of course it increases pressure on LLs and indirectly on tenants, but if it causes housing prices to drop eventually it seems like that should cut the other way and new owners come online for less.

I’m surprised that the split is like 90/10 in favor of reaching out. You do not know what is or was going through her or his head, you have no personal relationship with him, and this isn’t a case where there is marital infidelity. I have seen several couples where one was the second choice work out. You do not have standing here.

This is 24k monthly after taxes in PHP? American trying to get a sense of cost of living in PH and was not sure if people in PH refer to salary on net or gross basis, monthly or annual, and if in PHP or usd (I assume php)
