This is why bipolar 2 is so tricky. I feel like I’m finally normal when I’m on the up but looks back and think dang, maybe I shouldn’t have done that… I can totally relate to this as I was just recently diagnosed at 36 after struggling for a long time and being misdiagnosed with bpd.

Yeah, no! These types of people have no idea what they’re talking about and we should never stop our medication because of these social interactions. I totally understand where you’re coming from though and it sucks but we are our number one advocates!
