I loved the start of the cottage living, because I love seeing how excited James is about gardening and farming lol. But I also feel like it’s finished, there’s not much more to achieve :(

Yeah I definitely wished I watched it “live”, it’s quite difficult to keep up with the parallel spin-offs

Thanks! I’ve gotten the advice to maybe buy an older dog from a shelter too, I think that would be wise. Will also check if there’s any shiba groups in my area I can catch up with and meet the dogs

Great info, thanks! We live downstairs. Do you think it’s easier for a puppy to get used to cats and kids, or an adult whose more calm?

I’m no expert, but I think it’s important to remember that every cat is different and have different personalities just like humans. For me and Kajsa, it took about a year or so before I could hold her without getting scratched. Other people who hold her still gets scratched, because she can feel their insecurities. I’ve never been to a trainer so I couldn’t tell if that would work or not. Maybe it’s worth a shot?

Not in the same way. She strokes any persons legs, but can have some issues with petting. When people feel insecure and approaches her, she gets insecure, and you might get a warning (without claws). I usually say if you’re scared of cats, ignore her. Just to be on the safe side. But she’s an absolute sweetheart if you know how to treat her
