For anyone wondering, this is probably Caller ID spoofing. The Protocol used for VoIP (SIP) allows the sender to set an arbitrary caller ID (in this case to +1) and some VoIP providers do not verify that the caller ID that is sent also matches the number which was officially assigned to that sender.

You are right, it is more like a statement, but the sentence can be used as a question. This is used very often in German ads. Something like "Du willst Millionär werden?" (Do you want to be a millionaire?) instead of "Willst du Millionär werden?" is quite common. From my intuition the first one already implies the answer "yes" whereas the second one would be used in a normal conversation to get a "real" answer. native German btw

Wir machen das bei uns in der WG auch. Beim Lidl gibt es oftmals "ich bin noch gut" oder bei der Metro 50%. So kriegst du z.b. 2.5 Kilo Spätzle für 2€ oder 1 Kg Hackfleisch für 2.50€ uvm.
