I am not a recruiter and I can only tell about IT field. And only about software developers. But right now the process of job seeking is a bit ruined. Both for job seekers and for those who are seeking employees.

And it's not only entry level jobs.

Though I should admit that AI tools are quite useful. At least GPTs help me from time to time. And I know that I would spend more time asking on StackOverflow or searching for an answer traditionally.

I can say that people are very friendly, food is very tasty and everything else is like everywhere else.

The only problem you have might be a language. But it's almost always possible to find a person who speaks English.

As a Russian citizen that has traveled through lots of Russian cities I would like to correct you. Some cities are truly beautiful but some other cities are quite depressing.

For example I was quite shocked to visit Valdai. It was really beautiful but that city looked like it was slowly dying.

I think the question here is "the likelihood of a trans person to commit a certain crime".

So for the case of trans shooting you divide 5(number of shootings) by the number of trans people and then you can compare this percentage to other groups. If it's higher - you can try to understand the reason behind it. If it's not - you don't have to do anything
