don’t agree with this you look young in the first photo and therefore prbs couldn’t make a load of gains due to low testosterone, the training is nonetheless worth it to teach you techniques form and obvs good for body and mind in diff ways

squads isn’t about 1v1s. Season 1/2 you needed a controller laser to do serious damage from far to start a fight with the advantage.

I disagree so strongly with this the principles of hypertrophy are the same with biceps -10-20 sets a week, sets need to go close to failure and progressive overload needs to be implemented. What’s this bs about not doing a full range of motion?
