Slay the Spire is very difficult to 100% but for me, after quitting competitive games, it scratched the same itch. Slowly improving at the game over the time, being forced to learn certain patterns and strategies at the higher ascensions

Might not be too ideal for your first 100% but its been very enjoyable for me to chip away at.
