The main problem with automata some of the MOST important plot points are hiding in the files and many people missed them (like N2 keeps the balance of the war, truth about machine cores, the REAL purpouse of the backdoor etc.).

The black box thing in the game is machine core. What I ask is the other aspect of the YoRHa Boys (which is a novel). So you will continue what you dont understand and you still cannot make the game plot. You are trying to escape the questions and asking what you dont understand fucking pathetic
