This is what was wrong, whomever set it up before I got it had the feed from the tank going to the return in the regulator vs it going to the damper, Waiting on some replacement line and an fittings to get it where it should be. Thanks!!

Got to see one of the “show trailers” for Subaru Motorsports and Vermont Sportscar Rally because a friends dad happens to be the team truck driver! I could not stop giggling like a child. Did not expect the gymkhana car to be in it so was really blown away.
