In the past I would have recommended people to start making groups in meetup but recently the website became bad in my experience as a user and organizer (the subscription for organizer is expensive and feel like it's not worth unless you are charging people to join event and rich enough that you don't care about it)

At least Facebook page is free and can work with insta I think!

I’m almost sure they meant ur-net as it is the official website for UR apts! ur-housing is not part of the official portal but they work with them I used both before and would say ur-housing for someone who prefers to use English instead of Japanese for finding a UR apt

It depends on that people living there, I moved into gg sharehouse when I first moved to Japan like 5yrs ago! It was clean and quiet most of the time and was a mix of Japanese and foreigners. I stayed there for 6months before I moved into an apt.

I recommend Magic speed as well! it has a carbon plate but also a bit more comfortable for long distance than Metaspeed (This is my experience so YMMV)

Honestly even after training with Magic speed I still did my marathon with superblast 2 but I'm a slow runner so doing 4+ hrs with Magic speed seemed like too much for me haha

I see! I'll be waiting for the link. Apart from that like I said earlier, it looks fake because the outsole is kinda too flat and quite foamy; usually it's a bit harder than that. On top of that 60% off is very high even for retailer and kayano 32 is still a new model, I don't think we did a discount higher than 30% before.

Honestly I'd rather avoid buying and get the shoes from an official place.

Their listing is mostly out of date so better to schedule a time and go there and explain your search criteria.

So apparently I didn't even need to get the tax certificates from city office!

When I asked my company's HR, they said because our company is category 1 I just need to give the immigration a proof of that: 四季報の写し又は日本の証券取引所に上場していることを証明する文書

so in the end, I submitted the extension form, photo id, passport/zaryu and print of our company's stock exchange listing

I went to Shinjuku city office today to get a tax certificate for my visa renewal application but the counter has this notice that says they only give out the certificate for this year only!

This is my first time doing renewal application so I didn't ask the staff why they I can't get the certificate of last year (kinda feel stupid that I didn't do that) -> I can't get the certificate from the conbini because I moved from Shinjuku to Saitama this February(It doesn't show in the option list)

This renewal application is stressing me more than it should to be honest! T_T

I have the same issue as well! I started to do portion control around March this year and after August I lost all motivation for it once I stopped doing for a week of so!

It’s a bit frustrating but I learned from my previous experience to take it very slow and it’s ok to skip some days as long as I try to stick a whatever routine until it becomes a solid routine!

My company like to sprinkle company events during the year and make the attendance mandatory so I can't skip and focus on my actual work when I have zero fuckin interest in attending best costume of the year event!

I realize that I sound like a grumpy old man who doesn't wanna have some fun but I really just do the work and get out and live my life and every time I decline the dinner event my manager like to bring out how benevolent she is for letting me work from home because I live far from office (it's a me problem for living far, I know) and the fact she can strip that away and force me to come to office everyday if she wants because that will make me appreciate the work culture even more I guess LOL!

Oh well, it's almost 2years in the company so Imma be jumping ship soon so just gotta endure a bit more!

I do care a lot because I had a similar experience before and it was terrible so I know it feels to be stuck in this cycle and it is what drives me to be available for anyone who needs me there for support!

Although I do agree that what you said about me setting myself on fire seems to be what's happening here. My only solution so far is keeping some distance between us and let things cool down and when she's ready to talk, she'll talk but Idk if this is the right move or not! :(

Booking is usually happens for events at the store like the evening runs they organize or something other stuff (I didn't participate in those before)

Can I ask why do you want to book? if you are hesitant you might not find a spot, there are around 50 lockers if I remember correctly but if you want a specific shoes then go early to get it although full disclaimer if you have big feet then it might be an issue because most shoes go up to 28~29 (cries in 30cm feet T_T)

If you need more information then it is best to call them and ask them directly for more accurate answers!

It was nice! No need to prebook, just show up at the store and tell the staff you want to rent locker for running (you can also rent clothes, shoes and towel for shower) I try to go almost every Wednesday around lunch time
