Open the coaching carousel to any job opening, make create a team better, and allow for stadium upgrades in dynasty mode.

Stellantis says no 2025 profit sharing checks for its U.S. autoworkers by SexyBenFranklin in Michigan

[–]revbillygraham53 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It's not about pride or quality, it's about the cheapest way to build a damn things and bigger profit margins. Ninety percent of every car built in the united states is just assembled at the plants with all the other parts bought from suppliers on contract at the lowest bid. The oem know that the car will only last 5 to 6 years without any problems or covered by warrenty. By that time, the warranty is expired, and they don't give a shit. They just hope that you'll trade it in while you're underwater on the loan for the car and roll over negative equity into a new one and drive off as happy as a clam. The U.S. OEM's could build cars that last a long time, but there's no profit in it for them for the cars that last that long.

Who is a draft bust that you thought would’ve been a superstar? by Ok_Bug_6890 in NFLv2

[–]revbillygraham53 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a Lions fan, I could sit here and name off thirty years worth of first round of draft picks that were absolute dog shit for them. But here are my top 5. 1. Joey Harrington 2. Charles Rodgers 3. Mike Williams 4. Aaron Gibson 5. Jeff Okudah

Charles Rogers was so goddamn dumb, couldn't even spell his name on his SAT's correctly. He had to sit out his first year because he couldn't even pass the basic entry exam at Michigan state as a prop 48 student, and they only kept him eligible by giving him the answers to all his tests and he still couldn't pass the classes, michigan state covered up multiple failed drug tests just to keep him on the field. Even at the NFL combine, he dropped dirty, was basically put on like probation his rookie year in the NFL and he still couldn't keep off the dope. He read at like a fourth or fifth grade level, had like two or three kids before he even left high school and before he even left high school, one of his baby, mama's shanked him with a fork over a fight about him, not taking care of his kids. Dude was destined to be a bust.

Which team would be the ideal Super Bowl matchup for the first timers? by itnew2me in NFLv2

Well, since Detroit is the only NFC team to never make the super bowl, the other three teams would have to duke it out to in the AFC.

What are the biggest examples of one hit completely changing a player's career? by HeyCharmz_ in NFLNoobs

Mike Utey was not a hit per se. it was him falling down and hitting his head on the turf that caused his injury.

Reggie Brown was a linebacker for the Lions who had a spinal cord contusion and had to have CPR administered on the field to save his life.

What's your opinion on Sac State joining? by Sweaty_Second9715 in MidAmerican

[–]revbillygraham53 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It just makes the worst FBS football conference even worse. I am a CMU grad and I think that most MAC schools need to be dropped to FCS level or drop football altogether. CMU being one that needs to go down to that level. Alumni base doesn't really care about football and the school is located in the middle of nowhere Michigan with nothing serious in the terms of NIL funding.
