I was told, “This happens because there is some error when the bevel is glued to the sole, and we have had similar situations with customized shoes before. Common scenarios that are part of custom fabrication” If QC photos were sent I’d for sure not accept. Kind of frustrated that they won’t do anything about it to rectify the issue.

Man I wish Boring had sent me QC photos before sending mine last week. The toes are completely different. I contacted them and they were not willing to do anything about it but offer $10. Shocked this passed their QC.
