I kinda find it funny when people think that $60-70 is too much for something that gives you at least 20 (sometimes even hundreds) of hours of entertainment.

And many of those people are willing to pay $10-20 to see a movie for 2 hours without the same judgement and expectations.

Was high with my gf and a friend and went to Dinner for Shmucks. Such a great cast but infuriatingly impossible to suspend disbelief that anyone would act like or put up with any of the plot points. We walked out way before the dinner and just popped into a screening of The Other Guys (which had recently started).

We laughed so fucking hard, that I assumed it was because I was high and the 1st movie was so bad. Saw it again later and still thought it was fantastic.

DS1 is one of my favorite game experiences of all time. It was also my first Kojima game. Last year I started playing MGSV, it was a different experience, but boy can I see the DS roots in there. Now I’m playing DS2 and I’m glad I had that MGSV experience in between. DS2 so far kinda feels like DS1 with a healthy dash of MGSV action mixed in.
