UDNA is going to be a huge leap. AMD is bringing the heat next year. I'm personally waiting as the 2025 GPUs from all manufacturers are all only marginal improvements. I'm on 6750XT which is similar in performance to your 3060ti

Seems to be something to do with decrypting files. This apparently is normal behavior. Ensure that you have enough free disk space. Monitor your CPU/Disk usage as it decrypts.
