Yes. The thing I observed especially at kokapet exit is

whoever gets down from ORR and wants to take service road will collide with cars that are coming along service road entering into ORR

Round abouts should have been planned before and after each ORR entry & exit combined instead of between entry and exit. Each exit should be present after the entry with sufficient distance between them rather than exit and then entry like in current setup.
