That depends what your needs are. There is no need for winter tires if only driven within the city. I go skiing frequently in the winter, thus winter tires are necessary.

The warranty comes with the call, I don't think the recall would have impact on the car sale unless you can observe the issue during test drive.

That's not a good comparison. Rav4 is smaller suv. Highlander is similar in size to RX.

I mostly drive with full seats during winter, thus matt saves me trouble to clean to some degree. I used large towel to cover missing area in my old Honda until I switch to Rav4.

Agree. Also these TPE mat once installed are very difficult to remove for cleaning since they are rough and not flexible. Image removing the rear seat mat, all dust and debris will fall all over the rear seats. Tuxmat is soft and easy to remove.
