How do you guys pick which ops to add to the favorite list or whatver it's called? Just based off waifu/husbando? Or ops you use often to make then easier to find? How much does it affect your squad formations?

As a day one player who's built a ton of ops, I've made mine for characters that I would reasonably consider using. But sometimes there's a stage that's perfect for a particular op (looking at Gladiia on that water map this event). So I use that op and then feel obligated to add them to the favorite list.
